Residential Uses

Special Residential Overlay (SRO) District: 

• shall not exceed 4 sq. ft. in area, cannot exceed 3 ft in height.
• limited to 4 signs per property  
  • signs may be placed no closer than 10 ft from edge of pavement.

Residential Outside the SRO:

• shall not exceed 4 sq. ft. in area, cannot exceed 3 ft in height.
• limited to 4 signs per property
  • signs may be placed no closer than 10 ft from edge of pavement.

Non-Residential Uses

• shall not exceed 6 feet in height and 32 square feet in area.
• Signs may be placed no closer than 10 ft from edge of pavement.

Open House

Property Signage:

• must meet the same requirements as above.
• streamers, flags, balloons, or other inflatable or windblown devices are NOT permitted

Off-Premises Directional Signs are NOT permitted
