The Utility Billing Payment Drop Box is located in the Government Center parking lot and can be accessed by entering the parking lot from West Marion Ave or West Retta Esplanade.  The drop box is on the edge of the parking lot closest to, and parallel with, U. S. 41, as indicated by the red circle and arrow below.
