NOTE:  It is the TENANT is responsible to contact the Facilities Maintenance Division at 941-575-5041 a MINIMUM of 10 days prior to the rental date to discuss any request  for water and/or electricity as utilities are NOT always available and are NOT GUARANTEED.

Additional Information / Comments

CITY OF PUNTA GORDA PARK RENTAL IMPORTANT NOTES

  1.  Checks are to be made payable to THE CITY OF PUNTA GORDA.  A dishonored check or draft will be subject to the applicable service fees per the City Ordinance.
  2. Rental rates are governed by the Punta Gorda City Council and are subject to change. Payment must include the applicable sales tax unless a copy of the Fl Dept. of Revenue Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption is submitted.
  3. NO REFUNDS will be issued unless there is a catastrophic event.
  4. This AGREEMENT is between the CITY AND TENANT (person or organization) and is non-transferrable.
  5. TENANT has use of the premise ONLY during the hours specified in this agreement.
  6. TENANT is required to leave the premises clean and all property in specified areas. There will be a charge to the tenant for any damage to the property as a result of this rental.
  7. TENANT is responsible for ALL trash clean-up related to the rental.
  8. Alcohol is permitted; however, NO GLASS containers are allowed.
  9. Tenant shall obey and comply with all public laws, Ordinances, rules, or other regulations related to the use of City premises.
  10. The TENANT will be required to sign a Covenant and Release / Hold Harmless Agreement upon approval of the rental request
