Utility Forms

City of Punta Gorda Utilities has outlined its “Minimum Drawing Requirements for Water and Sewer Line Projects” and has reformatted its “Standard Drawing Details”. These standards and drawings will be required for all plans. This page will be updated monthly and it will be the responsibility of the engineer to stay current. These files are in Adobe Acrobat® format and require the current version of Adobe Reader® to view.

On November 15th, 2006 City Council approved Utility Plan Review and Instpection Fees via resolution no. 2633-07. (Please click on resolution # to view fees)
