REQUEST FOR WATER/SEWER LOCATION FOR NEW CONNECTIONS

New connections to the utility system shall submit an application for service to the Billing and Collections office located at 126 Harvey Street. The builder/owner should request location of water and sewer lines at the time of application using this form.

Please provide parcel address and information of the property you are requesting water and/or sewer location for. The Utility will mark below location(s) of existing water or sewer service lines available to the subject parcel. PLEASE NOTE this request is to identify what side the water and/or sewer is located on the property. It is the responsibility of the homeowner and/or contractor to dig up the location once it has been identified. Please allow 5 days for a reply.
